This is a Spanish herald for the Bette Davis movie Dark Victory from 1939. Also starring George Brent, Humphrey Bogart and Ronald Reagan. A herald is a mini movie poster which was handed out like a flyer to advertise a theatrical release of a movie. It is small sized in person so I’ve pictured it next to a pen to show how small it is in real life. Most times a herald had printing on both sides, but this one has printing only on the front, so you won’t get any image showing through to mar the front. Measures 3 1/4 inches wide and 5 1/4 inches tall (8.5 by 13 cm). In excellent condition. Beautiful artwork of this old Hollywood movie icon. The small size makes it easy to pop into your wall space anywhere, or add to a gallery wall.
