Rare poster from the 1986 Japanese animated movie Super Mario Brothers: Great Mission to Rescue Princess Peach. The first movie based on a video game, predating the live-action Super Mario Bros. movie by seven years, and was only released in Japan. Storyline is The Mario Bros. get sucked into their Famicom game, and must now rescue Princess Peach from King Bowser Koopa. A big find for any Nintendo collector.
Measures 20 1/4 by 28 7/8 inches (51.4 by 73.4 cm) this poster has been deacidified and linenbacked with fold lines restored.
